Seaton Tramway’s 2012 events going international
Seaton Tramway events for 2012 have a truly international flavour, celebrating national days from countries across the globe including Ireland, Norway, France and Portugal and further flung from East Devon, the USA, Jamaica and Mexico. Calling all early birds for Seaton Tramway’s special bird watching trips
Seaton Tramway, one of Devon’s most popular attractions, is hosting two special bird watching trips during half term week, on Friday 18 and 19 February, from 9am-11.00am.
Accompanied by a well respected local birdwatcher, either Ian Waite or Don Cotton, passengers will travel on one of Seaton’s beautifully restored electric trams along the three mile stretch of stunning countryside. The journey will take people through two nature reserves, Seaton Marshes and Colyford Common, next to the River Axe estuary, which plays host to an ever-changing selection of birds through the seasons.
